For member project manager Janet Allman, serving Club members is not just about dispatching a qualified contractor who can solve the problem at hand. It’s also about matching members with contractors they will enjoy working with.
By listening to members, Janet tries to get a sense of if they just want the job done or are they interested in all the details? Are they more interested in aesthetics like color or practical considerations like long-term performance? Then, she can match members with contractors who have a complementary working style. “It’s not just about filling a slot,” she says.
Janet has been with Home Owners Club since 1990. She enjoys helping people and making their lives easier. Away from work, Janet enjoys gardening, going to the beach, walking her dogs, and attending Mariners games. Her favorite foods include everything from broccoli to chocolate chip cookies.
Her advice: Pay attention to small problems around your home before they become big problems. The Club is standing by to help.
